Qualification & further training for parent guides

The parent guides are prepared for their activities by the responsible coordinators before the programme begins. To ensure a high quality of implementation of the Rucksack KiTa-In order to ensure the success of the group, further training courses have been designed for the parent guides and are offered on an ongoing basis.

  1. The Rucksack KiTa-training
    are very diverse and are strongly geared to the respective needs on site. As a rule, qualifications are offered on the following topics, for example:
  • Introduction to the programme and its materials
  • Introduction to the role as a parent companion (role competence, role exercise, role reflection)
    • Moderation and presentation techniques
    • Conversation in the group
    • Didactics and methodology of adult education
  • Migration-sensitive sensitisation/diversity-conscious action in education and training
  • Development of language and multilingualism
  • Cooperation with families
  • Literacy education
  • Developmental psychology of childhood
  • Health
  • Sex education
  • Media education
