Qualification & further training for parent guides
The parent guides are prepared for their activities before the start of the programme (concept, aims and contents of Griffbereit[1]). To ensure a high quality of implementation of the Griffbereit-In order to ensure the success of the group, further training courses have been designed for the parent guides and are offered on an ongoing basis.
- The Griffbereit-training
are very diverse and are strongly geared to the respective needs on site. As a rule, qualifications are offered on the following topics, for example:
- Introduction to the programme and its materials
- Introduction to the role as a parent companion (role competence, role exercise, role reflection)
- Moderation and presentation techniques
- Conversation in the group
- Didactics and methodology of adult education
- Diversity-oriented sensitisation/diversity-conscious action in education and training
- Development of language and multilingualism
- Cooperation with families
- Literacy education
- Developmental psychology of childhood
- Health
- Sex education
- Media education
