<\/p>\nA total of 32 programme coordinators from North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony took part in the basic training for griffbereitMINI on 17 and 30 March in Wuppertal (Alte Feuerwache) and Dortmund (Heinrich-Schmitz-Bildungszentrum). The programme initiators Philipp Tilmann (KI Dortmund), Markus Jentzsch (Youth Welfare Office Dortmund), Miriam Weilbrenner (MKJFGFI), Marie-Luise Schmithausen (KI Wesel District) as well as Ellen Brings and G\u00f6khan Kabaca (both Federal Transfer Team) presented the framework and conditions for the implementation of the programme in the six-hour event.<\/p>\n
In addition, practical possibilities for independent planning and implementation of own group facilitator trainings for the participants were shown. In addition to the griffbereitMINI manual as the basis for the programme, information on the national curriculum and an overview of possible implementation material were also given. Short activities and practical examples were used to lighten up the event.<\/p>\n

The basic training began with a brief presentation of the programme and its goals and the emphasis on language education integrated into everyday life. In the subsequent topic \"Programme implementation\", the framework conditions for the implementation within the institutions - against the background of the experiences gained from the pilot phase - were discussed. In addition, the focus was placed on the current requirements for financing, finding cooperation partners, premises, advertising and the special challenge of acquiring qualified pedagogical staff.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, there was a comprehensive overview of the lesson structure and planning, use of materials and possible topics. In addition, possibilities for reflection with or in the group were presented. In Dortmund, the coordinator of Early Intervention in Dortmund, family midwife Sabine Janowski, also gave input on the structure, tasks and goals of Early Intervention - as an important network partner - and possibilities of programme cooperation.<\/p>\n
