Griffbereit and Rucksack KiTa are programmes that take place in (educational) institutions. This is a great opportunity: on the one hand, it can strengthen the educational partnership between families and (educational) institutions in the sense of competence partnerships from which both sides can benefit in the long term. On the other hand, the (educational) institutions can also open up in the context of diversity and multilingualism. This openness can initiate processes that can bring about major changes in your educational institution.

Why should I participate?

In exchange with other parents/families and with the educational staff of the day care centre, you will learn how you can strengthen your children in their linguistic and general development through play. Special emphasis is placed on the promotion of multilingualism. This includes strengthening the family language(s) and getting to know other languages.

Why should I participate?

The programmes Griffbereit and Rucksack KiTa are innovative and nationally successful programmes that focus on the promotion of language education and family education and at the same time on the diversity-oriented and migration-social opening of (educational) institutions. With a view to equal opportunities for all children in education, children are prepared and accompanied in the best possible way for their further educational path. At the same time, parents/families are activated on this common path.

In addition, the programmes have a strong socio-spatial orientation (networking in the social space), are differentiated according to target groups and have been professionally accompanied, evaluated and certified by recognised academics. Work on further development and adaptation according to social realities is ongoing. In this way, the programmes aim to initiate processes of change towards a society in which early education and the educational partnership between (educational) institutions and families is naturally diversity-conscious, multilingual, culturally sensitive and open to the migration society.

Why should I participate?

Parent companions have been trained within the framework of the Griffbereit and Rucksack KiTa programmes play a crucial role. They lead the Griffbereit or Rucksack KiTa groups and ensure the consistent and reliable use of multilingualism in the group.

Multilingualism, diversity-oriented cooperation and open-mindedness are qualities that you, as parent guides, exemplify - also towards the parents/families. Through the impulses you create through the design of the Griffbereit resp. Rucksack KiTa-In this way, the parents/families receive new ideas and security for engaging with their children and strengthening the relationship in the family.
